Design precast and prestressed concrete structures for industrial and commercial building in ND and MN. Design double tees, Inverted Tee beam, precast columns, supporting bridge crane loads, jibs cranes, etc. Design Spancrete Hollowcore with and w/out topping. Design insulated wall panel for gravity loads and lateral loads typical from storage facilities. Perform lateral analysis for wind; assist drafters in shop and erection drawings.
Solve discrepancy problem between production, shop drawing and schedules, adjusting the strand pattern to produce them together. Provide solutions during production and erection phases to issues found in the process (i.e. new opening in the structure, missing plates, field cutting, strand slip, etc)
